- Introduction

While every effort is made to meet scheduled appointments, IMALCO does not guarantee exact delivery or installation times.
Customers must ensure that vehicles, premises, and locations are accessible and available at the scheduled appointment time.
- Installation Services
Installation services provided by IMALCO are carried out by qualified technicians using approved procedures and equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected products are suitable for their vehicle or application. If additional work or replacement components are required during installation, customers will be informed before proceeding.
Installation services are considered completed once the work has been performed and accepted by the customer or customer representative.
- Ownership and Risk
Ownership of products remains with IMALCO until full payment has been received and successfully processed.
Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery, collection, or completion of installation, whichever occurs first.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products may be eligible for return if they remain unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition. Certain products and services may be subject to additional conditions.

In all circumstances, IMALCO’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected product or service.
- Force Majeure
IMALCO shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
